With a Master's Degree in Taxation, Marcie utilizes her knowledge and skill to design and implement estate plans for individuals and families, many of whom own closely-held businesses. Marcie also helps her clients preserve their wishes by preparing the appropriate wills, revocable trusts, beneficiary designations and marital agreements.  She also assists in the preparation of estate, gift and income tax returns.

Marcie brings a wealth of experience in corporate tax planning. She previously served as an attorney advisor with the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate) in Washington, DC, where she worked on the issuance of taxpayer specific guidance, corporate tax regulations, and other published guidance. Marcie also worked for the national offices of two Big Four public accounting firms where she advised Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations and private equity clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other business transactions.
