Jaimie Plainte applies her ten years of legal experience in the Workers’ Compensation department, where no two cases or even two days are the same. Attorneys rely on her to open files, acquire, organize and maintain pertinent documents, as well as prepare files for the attorney’s attendance at depositions, mediation and trial.
Jaimie embraces the challenges this field of law brings and uses her critical thinking and outside-the-box problem-solving to ensure matters are handled in the most efficient and professional manner. She goes to great lengths to ensure deadlines are met ahead of time by communicating frequently with the insurance carrier, client representative, opposing counsel and/or medical providers.
Jaimie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Paralegal Certificate at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Jaime and her husband are raising three daughters. They enjoy spending time with their family at the beach, boating and watching their children learn new things. Coming to work is a pleasure for Jaimie because she is surrounded by a great group of co-workers who are more like family versus colleagues.
