Bruce concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, business law and banking law. While the bulk of his practice involves commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions and the representation of real estate developers, he also handles a plethora of other real estate and business-related matters such as residential purchase and sale transactions, residential and commercial condominium projects, general business matters, financial transactions and work-outs, property owners’ associations, commercial leasing, and title insurance services. As a fifth-generation native of Florida, he is originally from the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area; though, he spent much of his youth living abroad. As an adult, Bruce has lived in Texas, California and Florida, and relocated to Fort Myers when he joined Henderson Franklin in 2004. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Bruce practiced law in West Palm Beach representing lending institutions, developers and various businesses.
When Bruce is not working, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, swimming, cycling and participating in many other outdoor activities with his wife and daughters.
Professional and Civic Affiliations
- Bruce is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and several professional organizations including the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS). He is also a founding member of the Real Estate Professionals Group (REP) and Professional Excellence and Knowledge Group (PEAK). Bruce also serves on the Tiger Bay Club of Southwest Florida's Board of Directors.
