Overview

Ana is a Florida Registered Paralegal in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. She holds over fifteen years of experience in the legal industry and has worked on matters regarding medical malpractice, torts, disability, liability and construction defect in addition to workers’ compensation.

By staying one-step ahead of hearings, being organized and practicing attention to detail, Ana is able to help the attorney achieve the most favorable outcome possible while keeping clients apprised of evaluations and new discovery. She enjoys working cases from beginning to end and absorbing the information she researches in the process.

Ana was formerly a Lee County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Deputy certified in a number of specialties including Crisis intervention and Immigration Document Preparation. She has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Southwestern, a Paralegal certificate from Florida Gulf Coast University, and is registered with the Florida Bar.

Ana was born in Cuba, grew up in Miami, and now lives in Cape Coral with her husband and two young sons. The family loves being together and taking holidays at Disney World.
