Real Estate Attorney Amanda Barritt Appointed Public Relations Officer for Lee County Association for Women Lawyers
November 14, 2011The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Condominium and Real Estate Lawyer Amanda Barritt has been appointed as the Public Relations Officer for the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers (LCAWL). The LCAWL is organized to actively promote networking, gender equality and the leadership roles of LCAWL’s members in the legal profession, judiciary and community at large.
Barritt concentrates her practice in real estate law and, more specifically, in the areas of residential and commercial condominium and property associations, real estate transactions, easements, contract preparation, and real estate development. She frequently writes on these topics on Henderson Franklin's blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate.
Barritt is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, Real Property Probate & Trust Section and Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Florida Bar, Lee County Association of Woman Lawyers, and Lee County Bar Association. She is also secretary and board member of Brightest Horizons Child Development Center. Barritt has also been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in the field of real estate law in 2010.
Barritt received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University, cum laude, and her law degree from Florida State University, cum laude.
