Henderson Franklin Welcomes Attorney Nicholas Risi to Business & Tax Team
October 27, 2011Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Nicholas Risi has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Tax department. Risi will handle matters involving federal and state taxation, as well as all aspect of business planning, including mergers and acquisitions.
Risi is a recent graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned his law degree and Masters in Taxation. During law school, Risi was a member of the Tax Law Society and received a certificate in international taxation. He also participated in a tax assistance program, helping low income individuals file personal tax returns. Risi received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
