John D. Agnew

John practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. Regarding commercial litigation matters, John represents a variety of clients in disputes involving contracts, bank litigation, construction and lien law, landlord-tenant issues, and other general civil litigation. With respect to employment law, John handles matters involving enforcement of restrictive covenants, such as non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He also represents employers defending against claims involving ADA accessibility or FLSA overtime claims. John is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court, for the Middle District of Florida.

In 2009 and 2010, John was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine as a "Rising Star" in the field of business litigation. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, John was a U.S. Army Ranger and subsequently served as an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard. When John is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as pursing a variety of outdoor activities.
