Kerry Louderback-Wood concentrates her practice in the area of Business and Taxation Law. Kerry assists business clients with various business and tax law issues, including federal and state and local tax concerns.

During law school, Kerry concentrated on tax and business law courses, receiving high grades.

Prior to law school, Kerry assisted business taxpayers with State and Local tax issues as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia. She worked both in the private sector and public accounting assisting mainly large corporations reduce their overall tax liability. She represented taxpayers with both sales and use and income tax audits for various states, including Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, California, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Illinois.

Kerry is a Miami native who lives in Ft. Myers with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Kerry continues her life-long hobby of figure skating.
