Fort Myers Estate Planning Attorney Eric Gurgold Elected Stockholder

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Eric Gurgold has become a stockholder with the firm. With over twenty years of experience, he assists clients in the preparation of wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, inventories, inheritance and estate tax returns, as well as providing planning to minimize income and estate taxes. He also lectures on these topics for accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, life insurance underwriters and community groups.

Gurgold is also Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar. Gurgold currently serves as Chairman of the Charlotte County Grievance Committee for the 20th Judicial Circuit, is a member of the Endowment Advisory Committee of the Charlotte County Community Foundation and is a member of Our Charlotte Elder Affairs Network (“OCEAN”).  He has been a member of Rotary International since 1992, where he has served as president, vice-president, treasurer and secretary on behalf of local Rotary Clubs.

Gurgold received his undergraduate degree from Boston University School of Management, his law degree from the New York Law School, and his LL.M (Taxation) from Boston University School of Law, graduating fourth in his class.
