Henderson Franklin Attorney Matthew Belcastro Included Among Florida Trend's Up and Comers List

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Matthew Belcastro is the only attorney from Fort Myers to be included among the 118 lawyers recognized in Florida Trend Magazine's “Up and Comers” list.  For the past five years, Florida Trend published its exclusive list of the state’s legal leaders with Florida Trend’s Legal Elite. This year, members of the Florida Bar were asked to name three “best up and coming attorneys” who exhibit leadership in the law and local community, who have practiced less than 10 years or are less than 40 years of age.

Belcastro is a stockholder in Henderson Franklin’s Tort & Insurance Litigation division.  He concentrates his practice in appellate law, business and construction litigation, construction contract disputes, real estate and estate litigation.  He is a member of the Lee County Building Industry Association (Lee BIA) and is a former board member of the City of Fort Myers Imaginarium and Code Enforcement Board.  Belcastro received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College (1994) and his law degree from the University of Florida (1997).
