Fort Myers Attorney Tyra Read Included In New Book On Florida Foreclosures
Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that real estate attorney Tyra Read has contributed to the new book just published by Thomson West, Florida Foreclosure, What Lawyers Need to Know Now. She authored two chapters entitled "Florida's 'Save Our Homes' Benefit and the Depreciation in Real Estate Values," and "Will the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act Help Florida Property Owners," the latter chapter concerns the legislation signed into law by President Obama in May 2009. The book is available on Amazon.com and through Thomson West.
Tyra joined Henderson Franklin in 2002 and focuses her practice in the area of residential and commercial
real estate. More specifically, she works with private lenders to formalize loan transactions and works with developers to create residential and commercial communities in Southwest Florida. Tyra also assists buyers and sellers in formalizing and closing real estate transactions, prepares and reviews easement agreements, and handles title issues and title claims.
Tyra received her undergraduate degrees from Edison College and the University of South Florida (summa cum laude), and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law (magna cum laude) in 2000.
