Bonita Springs Attorney Richard Mancini Achieves Circuit Mediation CertificationThe law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Bonita Springs Attorney Richard Mancini is now certified as a circuit court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. As mediator, he will work with parties to reduce obstacles and facilitate voluntary agreements to resolve legal disputes. Mancini is a commercial litigator with experience in securities and investor-related litigation, arbitration and mediation. He frequently represents clients in matters concerning contract disputes, landlord/ tenant disputes, insurance/annuity disputes, as well as real estate and foreclosures. He has lectured on topics of investor relations, broker/dealer compliance issues and investment fraud, and is an adjunct professor in the School of Professional Studies, Legal Studies, at Hodges University. Mancini serves as vice president of the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled in Collier County. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and his law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, with honors.
