Real Estate Paralegal, Fort Myers

Henderson Franklin is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for our Downtown Fort Myers office. Ideal candidates should have:

  • Minimum of three to five years of transactional real estate experience (residential and commercial) in a law office
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), document management and time entry software
  • Experience in DoubleTime and Propel a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment

Henderson Franklin is accepting resumes for an experienced Marital and Family Law Paralegal.

Job Description 

Under general supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, supports the delivery of quality legal services to clients by providing assistance to attorneys, performing complex and specialized tasks, and working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Observes confidentiality of client matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three to five years of marital or family law preferred
