Receptionist/Switchboard Operator, Fort Myers

Henderson Franklin is currently seeking an experienced receptionist/switchboard operator who reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Under general supervision, the receptionist/switchboard operator supports the delivery of quality service to clients and firm personnel by greeting and directing visitors, directing incoming telephone calls, forwarding messages, handling conference center set up and other administrative duties. The receptionist/switchboard operator works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Land Use and Environmental Law Attorney

Henderson Franklin, an expanding AV-Rated law firm, is seeking an attorney with considerable experience in land use and environmental law for our Fort Myers office. Strong research, writing and advocacy skills are required. Experience in administrative and quasi-judicial hearings is required while familiarity with litigation services is preferred. Senior Associate or Partner level candidates may apply. Florida Bar admission required. Highly competitive compensation and benefit packages will be commensurate with experience.

Workers' Compensation Paralegal, Fort Myers
