Thomas P. Clark is Board Certified in both Health law and Tax law. He concentrates his practice areas in personal service organizations, health care law, acquisitions and mergers, corporate law, partnership law, limited liability company law, taxation, and business planning.

Tom previously served as a member of The Florida Bar Health Law Certification Committee, where he served as Vice Chair and Chair. He also served as the chair of C-Corporation, Federal Tax Division of The Florida Bar.
