Tania Nordelo Ogden represents insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers in the defense of worker’s compensation claims. She is certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator and assists parties to reach an amicable resolution avoiding costly litigation.
Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Tania owned her own practice and represented injured workers and individuals seeking to obtain social security disability benefits. She was also an adjunct professor at Ave Maria Law School, teaching a course in workers’ compensation.
Tania resides in Cape Coral with her husband Brian and two children, Daniel and Natalie. When not working, Tania enjoys reading, traveling, and enjoying the Southwest Florida beaches.
Tania is a member of the Lee County Alliance of Women Lawyers and of St. Katherine Drexel Church. She also volunteers for the American Cancer Society and for Community Cooperative’s soup kitchen.
