Sharon M. Zuccaro represents developers, sellers and buyers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. More specifically, Sharon concentrates her practice in matters involving finance, contracts, leases, closings, title insurance and homeowner and condominium associations. She also regularly writes for Henderson Franklin's blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate and the Coconut Point Press.
Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Sharon was a partner at a Naples firm (1988-1997) and a Bonita Springs firm (1997-2004).
While at Vanderbilt University, she was a member and the Executive Administrative Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law (1986-1987). She was the author of a special project entitled Feast or Famine: Issues, Problems and Procedure Relating to Massive Aid Relief With a Focus on the African Crisis, 19 Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, No. 2, 1986.
Sharon is a member of the Collier County, Lee County and Florida Bar Associations. She has served as counsel to Girls Incorporated of Collier County, which is now known as Boys and Girls Club of Collier County. Sharon is a member of Certified Commercial Investments Member ("CCIM"), member of Commercial Investments Professionals ("CIP"), member of Women's Council of Realtors ("WCR") Bonita Springs-Estero Florida, member of Women's Council of Realtors Naples, the Bonita-Estero Association of Realtors ("BEAR"), and member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors ("NABOR").
