Denis H. Noah divides his time between the practice of law and serving as the firm’s Managing Stockholder. Denis focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, commercial and residential real estate development, real estate finance and the resolution of title problems and title insurance claims. Denis also takes a keen interest in assisting with the development of the firm’s computer and communications systems.

Denis has been recognized by various publications, including Florida Super Lawyers ® magazine, Florida Trend magazine's Legal Elite and Best Lawyers in America® for his work in real estate law. He is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Denis and his wife, Brenda, have two sons, Darryl and Ryan. When Denis is not working, he enjoys sailing, hiking, music and Florida Gator football.

Professional and Civil Affiliations

Denis is active in several business, civic and charitable organizations including Real Estate Investment Society, Habitat for Humanity, Southwest Florida Real Estate Council and Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Advisory Board. He is also former Chairman for the Florida Law Network.
