David Reading manages the Firm's administrative and financial areas and has more than 18 years of experience as a director of administration for law firms. After serving as Administrator of the 80-attorney Devine, Millimet & Branch law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire for more than 14 years, he joined Henderson Franklin in 2001.

David is a past president of the Granite State (New Hampshire) Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is also past president of the Southwest Florida Chapter of ALA.

He is a combat veteran who retired from the United States Army with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. David holds a B.S. degree in Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
