Bruce’s practice areas include both real estate law and immigration law. While his real estate practice involves both residential and commercial transactions, along with related issues concerning business, condominium and lender law, he focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions such as commercial purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases. In addition, Bruce also handles general immigration law matters. Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Bruce practiced law in West Palm Beach representing lending institutions, developers and various businesses.
As a fifth-generation native of Florida, he is originally from the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area; though, he spent much of his youth living abroad. As an adult, Bruce has lived in Texas, California and Florida, and relocated to Fort Myers when he joined Henderson Franklin in 2004.
When Bruce is not working, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, swimming, cycling and participating in many other outdoor activities with his wife and daughters.
